Building Technicians

Job Summary
Responsible for general building maintenance to ensure all guest areas and facilities are kept in excellent condition. Supports daily operations by performing routine repairs and upkeep aligned with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct minor repairs (carpentry, painting, fixtures, tiles)
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of building maintenance experience in a luxury hotel or integrated resort
• Strong skills in general repair and preventive maintenance
• Well‑presented with good communication and customer‑service skills
