Supervisor - Table Operations (Gaming)

Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking an experienced Supervisor – Table Operations for placement in a regulated gaming or integrated resort environment in the UAE. This role is responsible for supervising table gaming operations, ensuring full compliance with gaming regulations, and delivering a high-quality guest experience. The Supervisor serves as a key link between management, dealers, and guests, maintaining operational integrity and efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily table game operations
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws, internal controls, and procedures
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and support dealers and table staff
• Maintain game accuracy, security, and adherence to operational standards
• Handle guest concerns and disputes professionally and promptly
• Enforce responsible gaming policies and workplace standards
• Complete incident reports and operational documentation as required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming table operations
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance standards
