Job Description

Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) Runner for placement with a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who have solid experience working in 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional service in an international setting.

As an F&B Runner, you will play an essential role in supporting smooth and efficient dining operations by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to guests. You will work closely with service staff, chefs, and supervisors to maintain luxury service standards, proper food presentation, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately while maintaining high presentation standards
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow
• Assist service staff during busy periods to maintain efficient operations
• Clear and reset tables and dining areas according to luxury service guidelines
• Attend to guest needs in a professional and courteous manner
• Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Support service excellence consistent with 4- or 5-star hospitality standards

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years related experience as an F&B Runner or similar role
• Experience must be from a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or fine dining establishment
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and dining etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
