Pool Technicians

Job Summary

The Pool Technician is responsible for the daily maintenance, monitoring of water quality, and efficient operation of all pools, spas, and water features. This role ensures that all facilities consistently meet luxury standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily testing and balancing of pool and spa water (pH, chlorine, alkalinity)
• Clean and maintain pools, spas, and surrounding areas
• Inspect, operate, and maintain pool pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance on all water systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and resort quality standards
• Respond promptly to operational issues or guest concerns

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pool Technician in a luxury hotel, resort, or high‑end residential facility
• Solid knowledge of water chemistry, pool equipment, and safety procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues related to pool systems
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors as required
• Well‑presented with good communication and service orientation
