Job Description

Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Host / Hostess for placement with a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with proven experience in 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining environments who excel in guest relations and front-of-house service.

As an F&B Host/Hostess, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and refined first impression. You will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and ensuring smooth coordination with the service and operations teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience that meets luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and table assignments efficiently
• Escort guests to designated tables and present menus as required
• Coordinate closely with servers and supervisors to ensure smooth table turnover
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the reception and dining areas
• Uphold luxury service standards and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
• Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols in accordance with hotel or restaurant policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years related experience as an F&B Host/Hostess or similar role
• Experience must be from a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury restaurant, or fine dining establishment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent grooming, professional appearance, and confident demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospitality environment
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
