Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking a professional Concierge for placement in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel in the UAE. This role is ideal for guest service professionals who excel in personalized service, discretion, and high-level customer interaction.

As a Concierge, you will assist guests with reservations, transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and special requests. You will act as a key ambassador of the hotel, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay while adhering to luxury service protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to guests
• Arrange transportation, dining, and entertainment bookings
• Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain updated knowledge of local attractions and services

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years Concierge or Guest Services experience
• Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Professional grooming and strong customer service mindset
