Pool & Beach Program Cleaners

The Pool & Beach Program Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of poolside and beach areas within a luxury hospitality environment. This role ensures that all outdoor guest areas remain pristine, organized, and inviting, reflecting the high standards expected in premium resorts and hotels. The position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a proactive approach to maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain pool decks, beach areas, loungers, cabanas, and walkways
• Ensure all towels, amenities, and guest supplies are clean, stocked, and readily available
• Remove debris, waste, and hazards promptly to maintain safety and cleanliness
• Monitor outdoor areas to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and pool/beach team members for smooth operations
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns in a timely manner
• Support overall guest experience by maintaining a well-presented environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
• Experience in outdoor cleaning, facilities maintenance, or housekeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
