Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking an experienced Bar Attendant / Bartender for placement in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium lounge in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong beverage knowledge and a passion for delivering refined, world-class service in a luxury environment.

As a Bar Attendant / Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining exceptional standards of presentation, consistency, and guest engagement. You will interact directly with guests, anticipate their preferences, and create a welcoming and sophisticated bar experience. Strict adherence to service protocols, hygiene standards, and responsible service of alcohol policies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages to luxury standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar area
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beverages and pairings
• Engage with guests professionally and courteously at all times
• Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations strictly
• Handle cash or POS transactions accurately when required
• Support the service team during high-volume operations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Bartender or Bar Attendant
• Experience from a 4-star or 5-star hotel, luxury bar, or fine dining venue
• Strong product knowledge of beverages and mixology techniques
• Excellent communication skills and professional grooming
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
