Job Summary
Ikon Solutions Asia Inc. is seeking professional and service-oriented Gaming Attendants to support daily gaming operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The role involves assisting guests, monitoring gaming areas, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Candidates are expected to maintain a polished and professional presence, aligning with the expectations of luxury hospitality and high-end entertainment environments. The Gaming Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with inquiries, guidance, and support within gaming areas
- Monitor gaming floors to ensure smooth, fair, and compliant operations
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for all guests
- Ensure adherence to company policies, gaming regulations, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient operations
- Address guest concerns promptly, professionally, and with discretion
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a gaming, casino, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High attention to detail and adherence to compliance standards
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
