The Valet Attendant is responsible for delivering seamless, efficient, and secure vehicle handling services while upholding the high standards expected in a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a professional, welcoming arrival experience
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general support
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and security of the valet parking area
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures, driving regulations, and valet service protocols
• Monitor vehicle conditions and report any issues immediately
• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or valet service environment
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
