Job Summary

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are prepared and maintained to impeccable luxury standards. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects the quality and reputation of the hotel. Attention to detail, efficiency, and adherence to service standards are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Attendants are tasked with cleaning and servicing guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas in accordance with hotel policies and housekeeping procedures. Responsibilities include changing linens, replenishing guest amenities and supplies, and ensuring all furnishings and fixtures are well maintained. The role also requires promptly reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the appropriate department to ensure immediate resolution and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment. Applicants should be detail‑oriented, physically fit, and able to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting while consistently meeting high cleanliness and service standards.
