Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements with efficiency and precision
• Provide personalized in-room services, including dining setup, packing and unpacking, and amenity coordination
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver tailored services proactively
• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times when interacting with guests
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns and following up on requests

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel setting or butler/service role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-standard environment
